digital touts

kullumanali.com are the digital equivalent of hotel touts. You know, the people who come up and crowd you when you get off the buss promising "cheap room" before taking you off to some damp bug infested pit that is paying them 300% commission.
They are overcharging for rooms by two to three times compared to the rate you would get by walking in and booking. Trusting these greasy operators is a good way to guarantee a spoiled holiday or honeymoon. These are the people that give India a bad reputation in th world tourist market.
