Cheers,
This is fitsavvy sayin' Hi  to everyone out there!! I've been actively trainin' with free weights for the past couple of months and oflate begun to wonder deeply on the nutritional aspect of my program. Just wondering what protein supplements you guys are usin' as part of your fitness regimen??
Would you be kind enough to post the list of your esteemed supps. as well as their performance reveiws so a newbie like me is wellguided on his path? From what I've found, quality whey supps(ones providing >40gms per 100gms are quite hard to find) and those that I did come across in the local fitness clubs/gyms were not in the cost-friendly category. And it's the S&H charges that's preventin' me from goin' overseas..
Any timely online or offline help in locatin' website URL's, email addresses or phone nos. of desi manufacturers or resellers of affordable whey supps would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your opinion.

Many researchers believe that Whey Protein are best immediately after a workout and first thing in the morning when your body has extra protein needs.
Whey proteins contain the right combination of amino acid to the right concentration for optimal performance.
Whey contains many similar integrients as in mother's milk, so it is key integrients in baby's formula.
Whey supplements provide amino acid to the body which is needed for good health.
Whey supplements are necesssary for athletes to repair and build muscles after excessive workout.

well, whey has many thoughts from many people. The fact is whey protien is derived from milkwhich is one of the best form of protiens.
I take it once after the workout and one before going to bed.
Optimum Nutrition's 100% whey is the best selling whey in the market and thats what most of the big guys are taking. Don't go for other cheap things as they have more of carbs than pros.
Creatine can be added with whey. While at night u can have casien protien which should be taken before sleep.
PLUS egg whites * thats one cheap form of protien that can be taken everyday at least 6*
TRY THESE WITH A COMBINATION OF INTENSE 4 DAY PER WEEK WORKOUT
YOU WILL BE AMAZED TO SEE THE RESULTS.
ALL THE BEST

Optimum Whey is a average whey at decent price and certainly is not the best by any stretch of imagination. You get horrific gas while consuming this whey, nearly all the protein fractions are denatured.
The best ones are Isolates and Protein Blends which Pros aka big guys are taking like GF Pro, VP2, Propeptide etc.
Optimum Nutrition dont even come in premium segment of proteins.
Some of the better options than ON Whey at SAME price:
1. Dymatize Elite Whey
2. Syntrax Matrix 5.0
3. Sportpharma Whey
4. Higher Power Whey
5. Super Whey Protein

Going by your posts, you seem to be a immature kid who know nothing about supplements. The highest selling product is not always the best one in terms of quality and results. You have no clue about it. Period.
If Optimum boasts of more and more isolates, why not come up with a 100% pure Isolate products itself like GF Pro, VP2 or Substance WPI?
Give me a break, all the pros use superior protein blends like Pro Peptide, Ultra Peptide, Muscle Provider (Daytime) and Pure Whey Isolate post workout and not this shitty ON Whey which contains denatured protein concentrate with a zit of isolates in it and is complete GAS.
You gotta judge a protein by its quality and not packaging.
You either are sales person for Optimum or a complete noobie.
I won't get into details of this but this following link should teach you something about whey protein and check the quality/ratings of Optimum Protein by itself.
