I don't know the real estate market, but recently I have been searching some property information in Spain. Is there anybody know it? I'm thinking about moving to Spain and saling my actual home then buying a house there. I wonder if you could recommend me some sites with serious process of buying and a long database of properties. Any help would be much appreciated!

I have lived here in Spain for many years,,May I ask what location you Have in mind?Coast or Inland Country, Spain is Big, plus have you researched the areas? are you looking to Invest or live perminant? If you need any info let me Know I live on the Costa Calida on the Coast its on the Border of the Costa Blanca very busy with the Brits.. look up say Los Alcazares or Alicante city or Murcia City do as much research as you can before putting yourself in some bad agents hands.and remeber whatever you buy here there are fees on top of the purchase look on this site this should help give you a little insight on purchasing here.

There are lot of sites on market but when the starting sites come on market day to day but when new site come with lot of features like property mark on google map with walkthrough viedos with featured snap will be good to view of the property like on www.propertywala.com
