Use of internet by Kids and Youngsters doesn’t come as a surprise now-a-days. Infact, the kids starts using internet from the age of 10-12 as a part of their school curriculum. This is Ofcourse appreciable but if we look into the darker side of that, most of the kids and youngsters are getting spoiled due to excessive exposure to the same. Individual who take money for a product, or offer to trade on item, but don't produce the promised item.

1) Use parental controls available on the commercial online services.

2) consider placing the computer in a "Family room" in your home and make use of internet a family activity.

3) Know your children that you are interested in what they are learning online.

4) Ask your children where they go online.

5) Monitor online time. Be aware of excessive use of Internet by your children.

6) Make sure your children are aware of online rules.

7) Monitor your modem telephone bills.

8) support & encourage your child for use of internet, and participate in new learning experience. Be aware correspondence with stranger. Acquaint yourself with their online pals and emails habits..

I dont think there is any question of morality or otherwise if some uses internet for pornographic material or internet cafes for finding a cozy place with their beloved.
It perfectly remains an individual choice.
But i do agree that its a controversial issue whether you have the right age..or say ur mature enough to do so..
Kids can do what they do in a cafe at home as well. So i think its always proper parent supervision thats important in their case. AS it is all other cases pertaining kids.
But yes if someone resorts to unethical hacking or if net is used by terrorist organisations i think its a much greater issue and serious concern for the society..
