Demand for studio apartments in Hyderabad

Hi Floks ,

I am looking out to buy couple of Studio apartments in Hyd.one for my brother who is shifting to Hyd next couple of months and one for investment.
Please let me know after staying a bachlor accommodation for 5 to 6 yrs.can it be rented out or sold it off.How about the capital appreciation and demand for the studio apartments in city like Hyd.Does bachlor like to stay in self sufficient studio apartment.? Please help me in giving decent advice...

The concept of studio appartments is till pretty much new in hyderabad. You can get decent 2 or 3 bed appartments. And also the newly constructed appartments are coming with all amnities, thanks HUDA regulations.

I don't think there will be any demand for these Studio apartments in Hyd. Basically there is no scarcity for land or Apartment communities in Hyd. We have yet to see the sky-rocketing prices like in Mumbai.

For now...I don't see much demand for these.

have u bought the studio Apartments in Hyderabad......just wanted to share with you that 6 months back just like you i was also looking for a good investment option in hyderabad........after doing a research on the various options available in the market......by contacting n number of real estate consultants .......i opted for Axiom Estates........trust me i am happy with the services,advice and the consultancy which they provided me at that point of time...m not appreciating about their work just because i m being paid to do that or so.....it just because i can observe on my own that my investment in the project adviced by them has paid off well............
