Ingredients Needed:
1/2 kg Cheese(Paneer)
1 packet Bread
3 or 4 green chilli
salt (according to taste)
1kg Curd/Yogurt or Dahi
Method for preparation:
1.Remove the brown sides of the bread
2.Mash the cheese
3.Mix salt, cheese, bread and green chilli (cut into small pieces)
4.Make small balls of the mixture
5.Deep fry in the oil until golden brown.
mix a little bit of milk in the curd and put the vada balls in the curd. Keep it for some time in the fridge and then serve sprinkling small peices of coriander leaves in to it.
