I have an independent house in Mylapore. I have been trying to sell it for about 6 months.

I had given an ad in hindu a couple of months ago. Got a lot of response but somehow couldn't find a buyer who agrees to the sum that was asked.

I want to give an ad again but not in Hindu. I heard a lot about India Property.com and 99 acres. Can somebody advise me on which would be a good site to put in a paid ad?

Thanks
venky

Before advertising in any real estate website, u shud take care of:-
Wat services they are providing,
For how long they will list ur property
Wat is the traffic on that website
Video and picture facilities are available or not
Limits of pictures
Video quality

i think after comparing all these features, u'll know the reality of 99 acres and india property. If u want my advice, try PropertyWala. It is completely free and is providing extra ordinary features.

Best Wishes,
