Now a days it is a common experience to encounter numbers of Indian cuisine hotels along hi-streets of western countries.UK(London) lead the scenario ofcourse.Other leading world cities are flourishing by this addition in a progressive manner.This piqued us (a couple of buddies in USA) try a Indian cuisine restaurant in New York.Our motto was to stick to everything Indian through and through .It was an idea about to click fine but, soon enough, we find ourself met with the most bizzare problem......putting up the staff and finding good stuff.I mean expert personnel and quality Indian origin materials to keep to all-Indian touch.We have tried our best and solved the stuff problem by establishing direct import source from India but still lagging with the insufficient human strength(expert cook,mate etc).We are at a point where we are in no position to compromise about the motto.We are considering bringing over Indian people to man the staff.Anyone with suggestion are welcome.
