k in breakfast we should have Italian style food. In lunch we should have Punjabi food and Bengali sweets and some curry. In the evening Dosa and other South Indian foods. At night mughlai foods with some Western Indian(Rajasthani and Marathi dishes). Sweets from Orissa this time. If not full then next we will test Indian foods from Norhteast like Dumplings and Momo, chicken rolls. For the best Mughlai foods one can go to some moghlai resturants. Like Kohinoor in Durgapur and Bedouin in Kolkata.

Sarson de saag and makki de roti are favorites of every punjabi.
but non-punjabi people are also becoming fond of it.
Though u will easy find a receipe to cook it on site.
But i wann to tell u a quick receipe without much efforts.
Simply, buy some spinach and saag from market.
Wash it and clean so that it do not contain any grass or herb in it.
To make saag delicious, u must give ur eyes open at the time of buying it.
Saag with black stemp is sweet saag.
Now, chopp the saag and spinach into small pieces.
Put it in a cooker, put a glass of water, green chillies, one and half spoon salt, ginger and garlic. Cook it for twenty five minutes.
Let it cool. Now grind it. Put a handfull of makki ke atta(corn) in it.
Put it on gas so that it mixes well. Keep it stiring.
Now, chopp small pieces of onions, tomatoes, ginger, green chillies and garlic.
Put it in hot ghee and put all the spices and chilli powder.
When this "tadkha " is ready, put it in saag and keep stiring for 10 minutes.
Now, delicious saag is ready. Put butter or ghee as u like.
Serve it with hot makki ki rotis and lassi.
Kyon acha he na, banae ke to dekho......
then tell me......o.k.

:p Hey guys!:)
Do you know punjabi recepies are great. Winter dishes are so rich and nutritious that they provide energy for the rest of the year. Vegetable like Saag, spinach, carrots are easy available in winters.
Then there are sweet pinnis, gajar ka halwa and pure ghee, which is taken in huge quantities during winters.
Do you know that diets we take in winters provide us energy for the full year. That's why punjabi's believe in one thing
"khaoo teh khoosh raho" It means eat and remain healthy.
