The Indian, Ameer, filed a case at the police headquarters in Dubai alleging that he was conned of USD 32,000 (apprx. 14,40,000) by an African who led him to believe that a stack of paper painted black was actually 100 dollars bills.
According to Ameer, he had landed in Dubai last July to set up a business and had paid the first installment of Dh70,000 (nearly Rs 8,40,000) to buy a grocery store from a Bangladeshi national with the understanding that he would pay the rest of the money in three months.
Soon after, he met a man who introduced him to an African who claimed he could change black paint covered paper into 100 dollar bills by applying some chemicals to it.
Ameer fell for the fraud and parted with his USD 32,000, which was supplemented by an additional USD 13,000 from his friend with the dream of making USD 90,000. But the African absconded with the money leaving Ameer and his friend in a hotel room.
We can always see people of other countries saying that 'Never Trust Indians', India is a country full of corruption and fraud. But after reading the above, What do you say, Now at this point who is accused? Give your comments

OF course other countries have fraud. Mostly East Africans or Somalians. They are the number 1 crook. Holy man only if you came and saw here. Never trust them.

I agree with you. All other countries too have fraud . But why these people always talk about Indians as a corrupt and fraudy. They donot treat Indians well.
In short I would agree the African and his connection are the crooks, I would say Ameer had obviously the wrong judgements and I don't really blame him 100%, he needed money and was convinced that someone could provide him this. It is like one to shout out job opportunities for a small/large fee when really the intention is to collect the fee only and run away.
The African is the criminal, the person who gave the contact is the fraudster and Ameer is the victim who was framed by all this conspiracy.
But its hard to come up with something tangible with intangible evidence the only thing that can be noted is the black paper which the african gave, the hotel visit by the african and Ameer and his friend and well his friend could be a good evidence.
Something like this happened to somebody once but it wasn't for money it was instead for school marks. There was a chinese, a palestinian, a middle east, an armenian, and a hindu (victim) working in a project as a team. There were 5 marks to be given for contribution and they were team decided. So the marks were split evenly 20/20 for everybody but towards the end and in the last days they all suddenly decided to give the hindu 0/20 for the last 2 of the 5 marks. The team all had a meeting with the teacher to discuss this because the hindu was outraged by this non sensical marking but in the end the majority won, the teacher was clueless of what happened in between and whenever the hindu spoke it was being resolved and contrasted by the majority and the hindu hadn't any evidence to be shown to the teacher because it was a group effort. But he told me that he knew who started the conspiracy it was the palestinian and the middle east and the others well pre-summably followed.
I also know for a fact that most africans if I can't say all do illegal stuff here like sell drugs and their really crazy and when caught the only thing they do is yell and cuss, yell and cuss at the police. I don't know alot about somalians though.

Let me tell you about the Somalians. They are the worst ok. They are the worst. My school is populated by Somalians. They cannot be tolerated anymore. They try to mess with everyone. They are nasty and dirty and they think they are so cool. They curse the one who are good and can't tolerate Indians. They get a chance they will beat the up all the Indians in our school. Thanks to God we got the Big Indians in our school or else a lot of Indians including us would've been mincemeat by now.
Two words if i advice you to do something with Somalians - STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
