Now a days life is full of tensions and because of tensions more and more people are getting prey to Threatning diseases like headache,Hypertension,and many more.Life becomes more tough when we fight such disease and have to take medicines that too cause some side effects.
If we want to live life in a healthy way we should do meditation and yoga.

Really meditation works as a magic,especially in the present times when there is so much of tension and pressure in the mind of people.
If we want to be healthy and stay fit we should follow yoga (http://www.himalyangroup.com/seo-directory/health_yoga_ayurveda_homeopathy.html) and meditation.
It not only relaxes our body but also the mind.
If our mind will be relaxed then only we can perform our daily tasks and will be able to live life peacefully and in a helathy way.

Thanks arti i just don't know before this much benefits of meditations i'll try include meditation in my life.
