Minister NEW DELHI:-, Jan 7 (KUNA) -- Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Monday stated that bilateral relations with China are good but the boundary dispute between the two neighbours is a 'complicated matter'.
"The process of resolving the border issue is on.... It is a complicated matter. But I am satisfied with the negotiations so far," Dr Manmohan Singh told reporters here today, ahead of his visit to China later this week.
Both countries have held several rounds of talks to resolve the dispute over the last couple of years, but no concrete results have been achieved so far.
