TELL THIS TO AS MANY FRIENDS IN INDIA AS POSSIBLE. DON'T RECOMMEND THESE KIND OF COMPANIES TO ANYBODY.

Friends, one of the above mentioned company is owned by an Indian, Kanna Srinivasan and he owns a company called BCC computers Ltd in Madras, India. He brings. Indian programmers under a THREE YEARS bond which says if the employee quits the company he has to pay Rs10,00,000 (only Ten lakhs). Also every employee has to surrender their school and college certificates. The contract also says that the employees will be paid $40,000 per year.The company will not pay for initial 45days or start pay after you get the project in USA . Once you signed this agreement and surrendered the certificates you have fallen in their trap. Then you have only obey their orders as though it is an order from the god (Kannan P srinivasan).

They will take their own time to process your H1B Visa (may be more than a year ). If you ask them you will be taken to USA, they will humiliate you by saying that your communication is bad, or you are not technically good. Recently employee named Mr.Rao committed suicide in Madras because the company terminated him. told that company cannot take him to USA because he is no good technically and communication is bad. The important point is that he was waiting in the Madras company for more than 8 months.

Now by God's (Kannan P Srinivasan) grace you reached USA. The Best Computer Consultants , Kansas City, USA will make you to sign another bond with blank Promisary Note Unfilled amount you owe to the company The company will send you to any project (testing maintenance, year 2000,(luckily development). You can't refuse any project or you can't resign when you are on project.If you do so then the company will terminate you and further sue you for $10,000 to $30,000). Now the company has filed a case against 20employees in the Kansas city district court. The company will never pay you good,they will never give status on green card processing if you process with them, they will ask you to repay relocation charges, increments will not be given,but on regular basis you will be tortured by all the HRD and Marketing staff(Sub Gods).

abhiace9 harm is that they are exploitiing highly skilled labour.. they are giving very less amount of money ..... you and me are from democratic country ... You shuould understand we are not slave...service provider and their consumer both need each other you cannot pressurize any one to work for u like slave... signing any legal bond for working in any company in usa has no importance in law of USA ,....if employe leave that job then company can't do any thing in usa.

Black listed compnay is totally Fake company they just fool both the government USA and Indian ....

Abhiace9 i want to tell you one more thing ... when u don't have job you don't get money for your food... you will do any thing.... so to be there in usa is not a issue, issue is what u are going to do there. How u will earn? how u are going to survive....? will u like to live your life like slave...? :o

Good points sunilkumar you said it good. Exploitation of resources. That is the main vehicle of a corporation and small businesses. fake companies are a no no but then all companies play some policy game, how is one to get away from that?

Company do have their Polices but before Joining any company Ask for Offer letter and all terms and condition, go through it, and if you find that its ok than join that company... other wise straight forward reject their offer and tell them i don't want to join b'coz of such terms and condition.

This you can only do if you are talented and if you already have some job in your hand.

Don't ever sign any bond.... to join any company. Other wise compnay play with you... once you get appointment letter and pay with pay slip.. its enough to show that you were working in that company... but when you are joining any new company, new company ask for releaving letter of your previous company that actually helps them to know your experience. But if you give salary slip of your last month of previous company that should be enough to understand them that you worked with your previous employer till that month.

If any one sign bond with company , than the company don't give them good increment.

In IT/ software sector Resource are more important if Resource are being managed properly ... company automatic earns lot ....

Bad thing is that in same company two people with same experience, having same designation doing same type of work ...gets different type of package.... Its totally depends on the braganing capability of employee ... but why such things should happen .... if organisation is good their should not be discrimination.... People in Big MNC talk about Integrity and team work... well compensation are diffiernt,.. then Why same work load ;)....

I don't do barganing while joining any job....

Once i said ... in interview that as per your company policy how much max you can give to guy of my desgination you can give me... HR manager told me that i should know my value .. well i said if i will ask for 25 lac's are u going to give ... :D... i said my value is more than that ....

I don't do barganing while joining any company & company never gives me what i ask them .. so 12 month is more than enough for me to stick with that company ....

Yea i do this b'coz i always update my knowledge in my field... so i am as per the market requirement .....so i expect compensation as per the market standard form any company....

do not join in hyderabad based company which is in tarnaka . company name is solix technologies,digiprise technologies,siti technologies . they have one more office in somajiuda . they do not have money to pay for the salaries . they take the freshers and the seniors for low cost and take the bond for 2 years and take the original certificates . the bond amount is 2 lakhs. they wont pay salaries in time , they wont give salary hikes and they will make you break the bond and will collect 2lakhs from you by quoting that they will send you the court notice and they wont give the relieving letter and they wont give proper references also .all the people who are working there are on bond .


for freshers they are paying only 5000/- and after some months they wont even pay that and company will make them break the bond . the recruitment team tell the stories to new joinees before joining and will make them join , from there HR Director comes in to picture, initially they will be nice after 15 days, then they will force you to sign the bond, in case if you can not sign the bond ,they wont pay you the salary and will make you leave that company , by that time you wont find any jobs and will come back to road , most of this company people faced this , including senior profile people .they will ask the people to get the bond signed by the candidate's father , in case if the candidate breaks the bond , this company HR director is relative to CEO,she do not know anything ,she threatens to file a case in court . she does not even fit for the clerk position.she do not know how to talk , she only knows how to make people break the bond and collect the money . this company has plans to get the people from delhi,banglore,pune,Calcutta , because the innocent people from those cities wont know about these companies . Please save them from these.

they ask the girls who work for them not to marry during the bond period , if the girls marry in that band period and if they want to move to another town along with their husband , they will threaten the girl and will take the bond amount and they wont pay the girls pending salary too . for the employee induction program normally all companies sponsor lunch , but this company gives you half pizza for the new employee and tell you that they do not have budget for that, they wont even sponsor soft drinks even for the induction program . the toilets inside the company are worse , you can not even go inside .

the coffee machines are too old and you will find the cacroches at the coffee wending machine and you will find the oldest cups with no handles to hold , you need to use them for coffee , there wont be mineral water to drink , you will find normal tap water to drink . please do not spoil your career by joining in these companies . if you feel that i am giving you the bad picture about these companies talk to the old employee who worked there before . the senior people who are working there for long time are the relatives to the CEO . in case if you join in these companies , you will face the problems .all the best . forward this mail to at least 10 people whom you know and save their career and teach lessons to these type of companies . send this mail as a chain mail . PLEASE SAVE CAREERS of innocent people.

for cheating people with fake certificates, and entering people through backdoor, and later rusticating them and cheating them.

Actuallty we r worried about whether it is the same kind of company you are talking about... because all the rules are just similar to what you said. Can you please help us out in knowing more about the company..

Hi People - I got cheated by Atlanta Based Company named Capricorn Systems. I had referred one of my candidates from this Company and he got a job in the company I was working with.

This company had promised to pay a referral(This is a norm in USA. Every company gives a referral to the referring person), but as soon as he got the job, this company started giving all sorts of reasons for not giving me the referral. I have list of all the cheap tactics that this company played(With all proofs), to not pay the referral.

Please do not join this company at any cost, as it is full of cheats and liars.

Hi Guys,

Never choose BCC-USA. It is also one of the fraud companies. They get you to sign a contract which is heavily in their favor.

They keep changing names and appearing again and again with BCC name. Now they call themselves BCC-USA MA. Beware, be away from them.

Doon Tec (DTI) don't trust this people, they have said me that you need to pay security deposit on behalf of filling H1B, when you are in US and work for 6 months we will refund you money back. But after giving the amount i have not recieve any papers and i have not recieve any money back.

I am coming from avg. middle class family where this amount is big amount. They have taken money through other consultant here in india, who is cheater, who had promise me lot, but when i have gave money and papers for visa filing, they have not picking my phone or replying to my mail and when i tried to reach Mr. Gupta he shout on me as if i have made big mistake. Friends i have made a big mistake, for that my family had also suffered but i request you all that please stay away from them, they will not give you any proof of your money taken or anything, please make sure that they give you proper paper of proof because one common template proof has no value legally and you lose all your money.

Today when the same date come when i have given money, it make me feel so depress as i can't able to go US, because of dirty tricks played by DTI.

I'm not so sure about this. A few of those companies (CBS) are highly regarded companies.

There may be a slight problem in translation here: "He brings. Indian programmers under a THREE YEARS bond". There's no such thing as being bonded/indentured as a worker in the US. What he's talking about here is that the employee is taking a loan from the company (usually to cover the cost of travel, H1B Visa processing, education, etc) and the company agrees to forgive the loan after 3 years of service. The legal fees for processing an H1B are easily $10,000USD, so this really isn't that far off. But were you to just leave the US and return to India, it would be extremely difficult for the company to collect. Or you could fight it in the US, in which case the court would most likely determine that the fair thing to do is to pro-rate the costs the company had against your time of service. I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice. If this is really an issue for you, you should contact a US labor lawyer.

Looking at it from the employer's standpoint, why would they pay up to $20,000USD to bring an Indian worker into the country and then allow them just to move to another job after a few months? They end up losing money. If you don't have the money to pursue your own H1B, then this can be a good deal for you. After three years, you're set.

Unlike India, US companies don't care about your original certificates. A copy will do just fine. Most likely you'd never be asked for them. What they'll be interested in is talking to your last employer -- not the contracting agency, but the actual customer you worked for. And they'll have their own tests. I have never heard of a company asking for a letter of leaving from your last company.

A blank promissory note is completely unenforceable in the US. Just make a copy of it to show that you were forced to sign it while the amount was filled in. There is also the legal concept that contracts signed "under duress" are unenforceable too. There has to be a "meeting of the minds" of the parties, not one party forcing the other to a contract. If I hold a gun to your head and force you to sign a promissory note, I can't then turn around and sue you for the money.

The problem you will run into is that if you leave the company that sponsored your H1B, then you have to find another company to sponsor you -- you can't just get another job in the US because you're not documented to work there except under the terms of your H1B. It works much the same as an American trying to work in India.

While I understand the attraction of moving to the USA, I think you can have a better standard of living in India. $40,000USD/year may sound like a lot of money, but it's not enough to afford a house in the US. It's certainly not the payscale for a senior developer. If you really want to get ahead, don't worry about your technical knowledge. Work on your language skills so that you speak English with an American accent. You'll move up very quickly in the Indian office of a US company. I've worked in a large multinational and the Indians we tended to promote were the ones that could communicate well with the American managers.

The economy in the US is not great at the moment. There are plenty of Americans looking for technical jobs, so being in the US on an H1B is not the best situation.
