Pls let me know the popularity of this special day for lovers, here in China, traditional chinese lover's day and the Valentient Day are both accepted, do Indian have traditional lover's day other than Valentient's day?

In America it spent by giving gifts, cards, and chocolates to those you love or even just like.
Not sure whether they celebrate Valentines in India, but you should confirm that with an Indian here.

Well valentines is fairly popular in India. Yes there are other traditional festivals in India like this too.

In India many festivals for love. In India no use of valintine day but as a respect to sant valantine people spend valintine day.
If you know about that all people take interest in other festival and they like other festival like their own festival because festival is festival of enjoy...
Well India Is A Country With A Rich Cultural Heritage And We Have Festivals To Celebrate Each Emotion In Life There Are Festivals Even Honouring Animals So We Donot Have To Ape A Valentines Day We Have Our Own Festivals To Celebrate Life
