Title: Flash Developer
Rapidly growing American company is seeking highly skilled, self-motivated Flash developers to support our dynamic production department on a contract basis. The continued success of our company has created outstanding opportunities for Flash developers to help create Flash content for online training courses covering many different subjects and industries.
The ideal candidates will be outstanding Flash developers who have a proven ability to independently manage all aspects of development, including the ability to design high quality Flash content quickly. In addition to having absolute command of English language skills, applicants should be strong individual contributors with a team mentality.
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
• Work remotely with instructional designers to scope and create Flash learning content.
• Maintain the quality of existing courses by modeling course documentation techniques, formats, styles, and tools.
Requirements:
• Expert-level skills in Macromedia Flash (MX 2004 and later) and ActionScript (2 and later).
• Experience using XML with Macromedia Flash applications.
• Two years experience building dynamic, interactive Flash applications.
• Ability to design high quality Flash content quickly.
• Ability to execute all aspects of the job with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English language skills.
• E-Learning experience helpful.
