she has completed her bsc nursing in india and would like to work in australia after completing her bond period (2 years )

where should she begin, what are all the obstacles she should overcome ? can someone guide me in right direction ..

Nursing is one of the skills that is required in Australia so she shouldn't find it to too hard :)
