Job Description:
* Handling backend team of 30-40 executives and mentoring them -according to compliance & SEBI guidelines.
* Handling all compliance work relation to trading of shares.
* Look after all customer queries about clients' trading accounts.
* Processing of trading & Demat kits & generating accounts.
* Interacting with other departments relating to Trading & Demat accounts.
* Training of new hired employees about the process.
Job Specification:
* Must have experience in accounts opening in Demat & Trading.
* Must have knowledge of Depository Participants, Demat, Commodities, Securities etc.
* Must have done Quality checking
* Must have atleast 1 yr experience in team handling
