It is spam as hard core as they come.

The 'click and get paid' gimmick was an actuality some two years ago. Clickers, as far as I understand, actually did get paid for their efforts.

But a deposit was never insisted on before this 'service' could be activated. This present post demands an initial payment of Rs.300 for a dubious activity.

This is what makes it bad--very,very bad.

But then,Megri, we have a problem: the agent has posted this under the advertisement forum: therefore this becomes an administrative decision; is this posting more spam or more in the nature of a genuine advertisement(?)

In my opinion this is not only undiluted spam but outright deceit. I would delete the entire thread;but that is a personal viewpoint.
