Hi,

what is the best way to get a flat tummy?

seven dont's after a meal

(1) Don't smoke- Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).

(2) Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.

(3) Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.

(4) Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.

(5) Don't bathe - Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

(6) Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.

(7) Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.

Other than above do following thing for flat tummy

[1] Eat lot of Salad before taking lunch or dinner.
[2] Drink Lemon water.
[3] Dont take heavy meal in evening/night.
[4] Don't take heavy breakfast better take some fruit or fruit juice in morning.
[5] Avoid paratha and other oily stuff.
[6] If possible do joging or do skiping.
[7] If you are fully grown then don't drink more than one cup milk in a day.
[8] Walk minimum 2000 steps per day.
[9] If possible do exercies for your abdomene. (stomach exercise)
[10] Kapal Bharti is easy yoga and best for most part of body specially stomach and kidney.

flat tummy..........friend......yoga is the best way to achieve it,,,,,,,THE BEST WAY nd yeah,never drink water immidiately after havin ur meal(meanin 2 much), a sip or 2....

There's no easy way to have a flat one if you have a pot tummy.You will have to exercise hard to burn out the accumulated fat in your stomach. Jogging,working out in gym ,yoga all will do.There are "asanas" in yoga(paadhahasthasan,dhanurasan) that are meant to give a flat tummy.

yeah it makes u sick that u wouldn't like to eat anything anymore for the rest of the day. :D

nothing but workout would help. the method of dieting is a failure to many and mostly temporary. as it is hard for people to keep themselves on a diet throughout their life.

To get a flat tummy:-

Some tips are here:
1. Drink more water (8 or 10 glasses per day)
2. avoid junk food.
3. Walk everyday (morning or evening).
4. do some exercise or Yoga
5. Take lite breakfast, heavy lunch and lite dinner.
6. Take salad and green vegetables in ur diet.

I'm lazy to do that, it's very difficult.
But i like do some sports, like playing pingpong, skiping rope, especially skiping rope, it doesn't take much time & space to do it, of course it's much helpful!

1)Try to include more fibres in ur diet like sprouted gram(channa)
2)Drink lot of water around 8-10 glass of water during a day.
3)try to do yoga asans like kapalbharti,dhanurasanas,alom-vilom it's a part of pranayam
4)walk daily minimum half an hour morning and evening.
5)drink a lemon water with one spoon of honey in it
u'll definetly get a flat stomach.
