He wants "friendship"

Hello all.. I just need some help to understand what indian guys mean when they ask a girl for friendship. I'm born an brought up in Europe and a guy in india says he loves me, and wants friendship.. it confuses me, is friendship the same as an affair/relationship?

Why do they use the term friendship then..? or, what is the difference? :confused:

It confuses me too....

I mean he could not mention clearly what he wants..... weather he falls in love with you or he just wants to make you a friend.

Friendship means you can have lot of friends in life but love happens only once in a life.

To whom you Love in your life can be your life partner but friends will remain friends in your whole life.

well sparkel in your case i can say he loves you ... but he is not sure that u will accpet him or not so .. he dont want to lose your friendship... :) but i don't know how much true he will be with you ... so be clever ....

I think sunil you are right, he dun wanna lose her. but i tell u one thing sparkle as long as you dun know the guy very well, dun be in love with him. Make sure u know everythin about that person, you visit him(coz he cant visit u) and try to know him. may be then it might work out for u:p
