Dear all,
I know that some good beauty tips have been circulating on this site. I'm seeking some traditional Indian advice (the sort passed down through mothers and grandmothers) on how to look young and beautiful. If anyone has something to share, this would be wonderful.
thank you

Africa is the continent where nature blooms in all it bounty. They have recipes for all sorts of pesky problems. And all the herbs found there to make those magical potions are found there. These have been passed down the ages. It has lasted generations. It is very rare that we see Africans with skin problems. They have been there for hundreds of years. They now even sell them commercially. But what would be even better is to incorporate the age old secrets into your everyday routine. Go natural with the natural products. There are some great remedies that you can create at home itself. Sometimes, old fashioned beauty is best.

Some natural tips
- Sleeping on your back will prevent many wrinkles and breakouts on your face, and even wrinkles in your cleavage area.
- Wearing clothes that are tight make you look heavier. Even a slim girl can bulge over too-tight jeans.
- Vitamins and minerals are needed for health and beauty, but more is not always better. Too much Vitamin A or Selenium can cause hair loss.
- Drink plenty of water and get eight hours of sleep every day.
- Sleeping on two or three pillows at a time, or on an Acid Reflux Sleep Wedge will help get rid of dark circles under your eyes.
- Exercise while dieting is a must or your skin will be too large for your smaller body. It is much, much tougher to tighten skin after your body shrinks than as you go.
-After washing your face, rinse in cold water (fair-skinned people should use cool instead of cold) to close the pores and tighten the facial muscles.

Hey,
here are some tips:
1) milk + honey.
2) tomato juice + lemon juice.
3) Neem + Tumeric [haldi]
These are some good skin care tips. If you are looking for a long term skin improvement, try consulting a dermatologist. I know Kaya Clinic has a good reputation. www.kayaclinic.com
