Rational review and feedback.

Just downloaded Rational from the site to test out how it works. Has anyone used this. Heard that its a must know in the UML world. How is it from a career perspective? Can someone give me feedback on the same. Am providing the link for download in case you are interested. Does it make sense to learn Rational? Heard that in the UK the minimum pay for a person who knows the software is approx 43000 pounds. So its definitely worth learning. Experts please advice. For UML chaps you would definitely need to know how to use this. Advice you to download that software and learn to use it.
