I think i would be interested but as shivaprem suggested it will be easier to make a directory of all the Indian sites in the world. We can monitor them frequently and also see if they are working or down or anything. We can make a complete observation. But it would still be hard to find all the sites.

yes it will be a great idea to have that sort of website, having a directory is something else but if you can have a website which have all the webmasters there then it could be a better thing
