20 kb limit

not much active members in this forum,just a few.
and no means to link to online avatars?? upload limit of 20 kb is understandable. But if it is permitted to link to avatars hosted on other servers,larger than 20 KB avatars could be used,isnt it?

Customise this vBulletin Forum to give it an indian look n feel,what ever obstacles is has. It feels just as a US Product implemented with an indian name. This forum looks so plain and unattractive.
