I am filing H1 petition next week, I got a job in US.
My problem is I need to consider work transcripts to fit visa requirements, i m worried about my work experience, since I started to work from small companies. I dont have enough papers to show my work experience.
My first job was so sick, salary was just 500 rupees!, it was 5 yrs back. n didnt get any appointment latter, pay slip, experience latter. Such small companies dont do such kind of stuff. n to add into this problem those companies r closed. I can get contact information of those if I try.
I am concerned about the verification, where is the verification? is it in petition or is it under consulate? what kind of verification they do n up to what extend? What kind of preparation I need to do for this.
Is there any one who has faced this kind of problem, n how u came over it?
