Chandigarh Bay site auctioned for Rs 4.01 cr
A day after the prices of residential plots created history in the real estate market of the city, the prices of commercial property did not see a similar hike as the prices were steady and almost on a par with those of last year.

A lot is an understatment.For an average working person it is almost impossible to buy land in Chandigarh.

I think the Chandigarh prices are very hike.I have also lot of properties visited on the http://www.propertywala.com which have that prices is nothing more than difference with the other properties.
