A Hindi Question

Hi, a friend IMed me the following in response to an away message saying that I was watching Kal Ho Naa Ho:

Kal Tho Ho Jayegaa...Aur Hum Dhono Eke Dusree Mil Jayegaa Kal

Unfortunately, I've only just begun learning Hindi, so I've not been able to translate more than a few words ... would anyone be willing to help?
