Reason For Delay Justice or no Justice....
[1] Tarikh pay Tarikh ...... .....
[2] Most of witness turns hostile
[3] Police leave some loopol in every high profile case by taking bribe or pressure of politician.
[4] What happen to the case of Rahul mahajan were hospital doctor all were corrupt.
[5] Less number of court in india ....as per populaation more court should be formed so that people dont have to wait for justice.
[6] Most people of our country are uneducated and illetrate.
[7] Economic problem of defender is also one of the factor for delay of justice.
[8] Latest technologies are not used to to give justice.
[9] Still lot of paper and file no database is maintained in computer.
[10] At the time of hearing most of lawyer get ill aur they ask for next date.
[11] Inefficient Police man who investigate the place of offence first time & who writes FIR.
Friends this list can go on and on .....
First people of our country should be morally correct..... only then we can think for proper justice.

I read a few weeks ago that Indian courts have a total case settlement number of 98 % that is 98 % of the cases are settled. This was stated by the former director of the CBI oginder Singh. But there are so many cases that the remaining 2 % are also a huge amount.

yeah these treaties are good for nothing. Its useless. They have broken this treaties many times. We should break them too.
And yeah it takes a long time for a case to be solved because we have so much population and so many complaints. Many factors results to these type of results.
