I went to Udaipur. Its indeed a very beautiful place. I went to many places in India and i liked every place in India except for Bihar. Not that it wasn't good. It also had good scenary but the attitude of people was really bad.

:) I agree that Rajasthan has very good places to visit. It has unique heritage of forts, temples and culture. The shopping places in Jaipur are amazing. You can easily find a good variety of traditional dresses.

Jaiselmer is a famous place of Rajasthan where cattle fair is held. People from all over the world come to visit during this fair.

True said. Well, people of Rajasthan are very simple and fun loving. I am greatly influenced by the "kaalbalia dance". I leave no opportunity to watch it. This dance is performed by the woman wearing long black flowing skirt with a top. The jewelry worn by the dancers is basically made of silver.

I leave no opportunity to taste Rajasthani dishes also. Famous Dal bati, Churma can make you eat more than your appetite. :p

Udaipur is a legendary city located in the western state of Rajasthan in India. With its soothing atmosphere, pictorial lakes, shimmering palaces and beautiful lush green gardens Udaipur always gives a warm welcome to its visitors. The city is famous for its elegant paintings and delicate handicrafts.
