Just thought I'd share this tip that I picked up on another website yesterday. A company called RateBuster (complete with a rather camp sounding 'superhero') has a 5p number that you can call to use India (http://www.indiabook.com)and India Mobile (http://www.chandigarhcity.com/directory/Phone_Cards.htm). The call quality seems good, but the best part is that I can use the number as part of my inclusive O2 Mobile minutes. :D

The number is 0844 495 5555 so if you've got an O2 contract mobile then it should be good for you.

Thanks for the welcome :) I've been reading the forums for a while but had never felt the need to post, but I thought that I finally had something to contribute.

I used to use a service called Just Dial who advertise on some of the Indian TV stations on cable, but they charge 9p a minute so I'm saving a fortune now by using this new number. I'm not sure if the number is included in other mobile operators free minutes, but I checked with O2 before I dialled and they confirmed that it was. You can also dial loads of other countries as well, but I've only ever needed to call India and India Mobile.
