Looking for a Webdesigner in India to start a company in the UK

I'm from the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg and as a 18-year old student without big money I'm looking for a Computer Science Student who can make good Websites.
The purpose of this would be to create a company in the UK.
Every financial and legal aspects will be my charge. The person who would make the Website would get 5%(negotiable) of the company shares.
You would only have to create a Website. It's an opportunity to have shares of a UK internet business which could be very successful!
