The Overseas Citizen of India Brochure states that 'Parity with NRIs in financial, economic and educational fields, except in the
acquisition of agricultural or plantation properties'; I am assuming this to mean that OCI person cannot acquire agriculture land; but what about agriculture land owned by that person prior to becoming foreign national?
