Flats in Pune locked, owner abroad ...

Hello all,

We have recently come to Pune, and are in search of a decent 1BHK accomodation on rent. While searching for flats, we discovered that there are lots of flats in this city that are owned by people who are staying overseas.

I was wondering if there is any forum where such people might be posting messages, in case they would like to let out their flats for rent - during their next visit to the country. Or any site (messageboard/chatrooms) where our NRI brethren hang around ...

Yes on propertywala you can a no. of such property of india level. You just check that it is true or not here all the property available with full details.
