I don't wanna get old

I don't wanna get old,
have to sit in a nursing home and do as i am told.
I don't want help wiping my bum,
don't want to stop having my fun.

I don't want my legs to get frail and weak
and worry about making it to the bathroom in time for my next leak.
I don't want help getting dressed
don't want my time taken up with rest.

I don't want my hair to turn Grey
Or worse, fall out making me bald
I don't want some do-gooder washing me in the tub
making me feel mauled!

I don't want to take each breath
wondering about Mr Death
You've already been told
i don't want to get old!

Why so much worry about old age. When god has given us lives, he has divided it into four phases. Each phase has its own joys and sufferings. When you are born you are sure to die. Its a universal truth. Every life has to perish. Worrying about future will only dampens your spirits and fades your happiness in current phase.

Enjoy your present and forget about the future!
