Non-compete, Non-disclosure and copyright transfer agreements

Hello, I am planning to go to India to set up an software development branch office and before I hire anyone I would like them to sign a Non-compete, Non-disclosure and copyright transfer agreements, because I understand that the developer of the software has the copyright to what ever he produces unless other wise stated.

I do not know the make up of a good agreement that is lawful and sound in the jurisdiction of India. Can someone please help me with some examples or templates?
