Hey Folks,
I am looking at applying for HSMP next month . I am eligible in under 28 category in all aspects but for a clarification on points for my past earnings.
I was on a onsite assignment to UK for a period of 6 months , during which i was paid for my overseas assignment in my indian salaried account . But it is mentioned in my salaried slip as overseas allowance .
So will i be able to consider this amount as well for my past earnings with reference to indian limit or will it be problem ?
Also should i mention my overseas stay in my application , would it be helpful for my case .
And for the proof of my salary slips is it sufficient if i get my salary slips on a letter head of the company , cos since it is a MNC they dont have a appropriate seal for the same . Also looks like it would be difficult to get a experience certificate from the current employer with roles on it , but i can get this from my previous employer , is there any way out for the present employers letter of experience ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated .....
Regards,
Sunil
