Thanks! Check this out. www.Gyantt.com. I am sure people just dont want to upload resume and search jobs. This portal has video conferencing interview, chatting with employers, online assessments, broadcasting, overseas hiring etc etc which no other site has. All the best guys!

The site offers referral cash on every successful placement. So if you find a job suitable for your friend, you can refer him. In case he gets the job, you get the money.
