this is really good information you have mentioned to stop and curb smoking.
it wil lreally be helpful to one and all
one should make a strong mindset about the ill effects of smoking and how smoking can harm one in a lot of different ways. lung cancer is one of them
so encourage everyone to stop and refrain from smoking

good, vivek. your information is helpful in making person aware of problems regarding this bad habbit.but, i think, if needed, a person should consult doctor and adopts his/her precautions and treatment.

I think there's some kind of medicine you can take to stop smoking like nicotine. By taking it it will help you stop smoking.

when u r wanted to smoke then you eat somethink else which you love to eat most.
it works try it out. this solution takes one month.

i cant't understand your idea.
But for good skin drink 2 glass of water at mornning before taking tea or coffee. You can never have Skin problem or piple on your face.

Infiltrate all the cigarette factories and instead of tobacco put coughing powder inside each cigarette so everytime any person in the world smokes is coughing their a** off. SO now they will stop smoking.
