Would like to hear from any one about your experience dealing with Ansals. I(in Delhi). I found their staff/people to be very unprofessional and inexperienced. The whole office operated on typical Indian "babu" mentality( I guess I should pretend to be surprised). The people were lazy and poorly trained. They do not know the first thing about customer service, yet carry "customer service manager" titles. They mostly come to the office to drink tea, collect paychecks and take pleasure in making lives difficult for the customers. What a shame for a company carrying ISO 9000 certification.
It is amazing that a company that has global ambitions can offer such poor service. I will never do business with such a company.

This is really a shame for real estate industry that a customer is given such a poor response by a ISO certified company.

It is really unbelievable sir. Ansal has good name in market. If they are treating their customer badly then this will degrade their current status.

That's a very shamful because Ansal's have good name and fame but this type of workable procedures are really very shame to the current goodwill of the Ansal's.
