I just thought of starting one new thread on Blacklisted companies for applying H1B .

I hope it will help lot many to have their questions/answers.

Can anyone give any update on Magna Infotech(www.magnai.com) ?
I am applying for H1B 2007 through this organization.

It will be very helpfull to me if anyone can give update on this.

As you are getting ready to file for your H1B (pr Magna is :-0 ) .. did you get your degree validated by someone.Is it mandatory to get this done?
Also did MAgna did this for you or you got it done yourself?
