A recent report by a leading portal (http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/articleshow/msid-1190403,curpg-1.cms) says the top 10 BPO's in India recruits around 10,000 people each quarter.A.T. Kearney study shows the compensation given for call center employees in India have increased 11.5% in the last three years, where as compensation for a software project manager has increased by only 8.7% in the same period. The report by TOI suggests that the outsourcing business in India is all set to roll again
