This brand wanted to build e-learning course content and update their training in-house. We provided the eLearning development services which included designing and building just-in-time training using Articulate Rise with a presentation deck and facilitator guide. This course was a part of their blended learning initiative, and the eLearning course development was completed using content provided by the customer. The idea was to build the training using software and file formats the customer’s employees are comfortable with. Our focus was on instructional design supported by great visual design elements. We made use of scenarios to explain concepts and created challenging activities. Intermittent Knowledge Checks and a Check Your Understanding question bank helped us track what the users learned and lacked.

This brand developed a new programmable atrial pacemaker, and they wanted to familiarize their sales team with the pacemaker and its functions before its official launch. Their sales team was already familiar with a traditional pacemaker, so they hired our e-learning services to build an e-learning course accessible to learners on a desktop and a mobile device. We proposed to build mini e-learning modules using Articulate Rise which their sales team could use anytime, to not only use to update their knowledge on programmable atrial pacemakers but refer to as well. These self-paced modules proved to be a great asset for their sales team, earning us their praise for quick action.

We received a requirement for LMS and eLearning courses development in Adobe Captivate from a training company specializing in talent development and organizational change. They wanted to update the content in their catalog courses and upgrade the mode of delivery. They wanted to stick with Captivate as their in-house teams were used to Adobe Captivate, so we redeveloped and updated all their catalog training (including simulation) in the said tool. To setup a delivery method, they purchased a license to our in-house LMS—Abara. Given the agility and intuitive nature of Abara, all the training is now hosted on Abara LMS and managed by their own team.
