Indian passengers can pay in equivalent Rupee amount, at the exchange rate prevalent at the time of payment.

Tariff is all inclusive of travel/catering/conducted sightseeing/entrance fee at monuments/parks/palaces/cultural programme/camel ride/boat ride/rickshaw ride and for still cameras, except for video cameras, liquor, laundry and other items of personal nature.

Note : 10% Surcharge shall be levied on departure during Chrismas/New Year.

The reservation/cancellation of passengers on the Palace on Wheels may be done as per the following terms & conditions :

CANCELLATION
(i) 5% more than 60 days prior to departure.
(ii) 20% between 30-59 days of departure
(iii) 50% between 15-29 days of departure
(iv) 100% between 14 days of departure

Reporting time is 7 pm at Delhi Cantt. Railway Station.
